When considering a claim letter of the passenger they use such damage levels as :lowly damaged, badly damaged and completely damaged.

Every airline company is responsible for the damage or the lost of the checked-in baggage and establishes its own order of the claims consideration.

If the baggage is delayed the passenger is paid a compensation according to Article 120 of the Air Code of the Russian Federation.

The carrier isn’t responsible for the loss, lack or damage of unchecked baggage during its transportation, with the exception of cases when it’s proved that it happened due to the carrier’s mistake.

The carrier isn’t responsible for fragile or soon-rotting items.
