Check-in

Passengers are admitted to the flight having a properly filled ticket and this rule also refers to e-tickets.

Passengers are strongly advised to arrive before scheduled departure time for check-in, security examination and for boarding.

Check-in and luggage handling at Khabarovsky Airport starts at 2.5 hours before departure for domestic flights carried with the aircrafts of the 1st and the 2nd classes in allowable takeoff weight, and it starts at 1.5 hour before departure for flights carried with the aircrafts of the 3d class. Check-in finishes 40 minutes before scheduled departure time.

Check-in and luggage handling at the International terminal starts 2-3 hours before departure time depending on the aircraft time and amount of sold tickets.

After check-in the passenger is given a boarding pass where are stated initials and surname of the passenger, flight number, departure date, flight check-in time end, gate number and a seat number. In the boarding pass can be stated other additional information.

Passengers should proceed to the gate 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure time and by the boarding time specified in the boarding pass. Boarding of the passenger is made only in the presence of the boarding pass for the flight. The passenger should arrive to the gate not later the boarding time specified in the boarding pass. If the passenger is late for the flight registration, he can be denied the flight. The luggage of the registered passenger who missed the boarding should be taken off the board and examined.

Passengers registration is made on the base of a ticket and an identification document, or other documents allowed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Check-in counters are located in the central part of the air terminal. After the registration beginning, you should come to the necessary counter, check-in and handle your luggage, then come to the departure hall which is situated in the right part of the air terminal.
